Indonesian National Team Wins Asean Boys U-19 Championship 2024

The success of the Indonesian U-19 national team cannot be separated from the important role of the Indonesian National Team Physical Coach, Lecturer of the Coaching Department Dr. Alex Aldha Yudi, M. Pd who was entrusted with the U-19 squad starting in December 2023 has attended training camps in Jakarta and Italy including participating in the Toulon world championship in France. Coach Alex, the nickname of the U-19 national team coach, teaches football courses and all students studying at the Faculty of Sports Science have experienced how quality knowledge is delivered by Coach Alex. Previously, he also successfully led Indonesia U-23 in the football sport to win the Sea Games Gold medal.

Physical condition is one of the important components of improving athlete performance, how athletes perform on the field for 90 minutes is certainly an important role of physical condition. This is all in the formula deployed by the Physical Trainer, as well as in physical analysis using technology that supports sports performance analysis lectures, coach Alex also specifically shared with UNP students.
